WELCOME TO PILGRIM'S REST

Each home features the high-level specifications you have come  to expect of a Wallace Homes development - uncompromising quality, exceptional finishes and unique touches that truly make the house your own. Designed to stand the test of time, each home boasts distinctive character and style.

Every facet is formed with complete sophistication and tranquillity in mind, every corner intentionally designed. Sunlight is invited to stream in through dual aspect windows, allowing for bright, spacious rooms.

THE HISTORY OF PILGRIM'S WAY

The inspiration behind Pilgrim’s Rest is informed through an ancient trail in Scotland named Pilgrim’s Way - stretching through Fife and neatly finishing in picturesque St Andrews. This extraordinary route was historically used for several centuries as a pilgrimage - considered as important as similar pilgrimages to Rome or Jerusalem. Inns were built through the route to provide spaces to relax whilst on their journey - and just as they provided a place to rest hundreds of years ago, Pilgrim’s Rest will do the same today.

“We pride ourselves in our commitment to sustainability, notably through our consistent use of air-source and ground-source heat pumps used to generate clean energy for your home. With gold-standard LED light sourcing and high levels of insulation woven into every room, each property exemplifies green living in a comfortable, stylish way. Connection is crucial -  so we also fit Fibre Optic to each house we make. Simple as that.”
