Five Steps To Your Journey
Here at Wallace Homes, our ethos is to be your guide through the journey to your new home. To this end, we have developed and perfected a five-step process which ensures that every box is ticked; no stone left unturned. This involves regular meetings and check-ins, details of which can be found below.
STEP ONE
WELCOME HOME
An introduction to your new property! As one of the largest investments of your life, it has to be done right. You will personally meet with Scott and Rose to talk through your home: whether you want alterations to the floor plans or to enhance what is already there, this will be covered in stage one.
STEP TWO
PERFECTION IS IN THE DETAILS
The secondary meeting is where all the smaller details will be chosen: preferences on floor finishes, internal doors, kitchen fittings, electrical layouts, and much more. Everything is finished to exacting standards - whether that be with our top-of-the-line kitchen fixtures, or meticulously laid flooring from Strathearn Stone and Timber.
It is here we are able to showcase our commitment to green energy through our use of air source heat pumps, and state of the art insulation.
STEP THREE
DOWN THE RABBIT HOLE
During the building process, you will be invited to visit the house itself to catch a first glimpse of the look and feel of your new home. We know that being involved in every stage of the construction process is important to our valued customers, so we open up the door for hands-on exploration of your property from the outset.
STEP FOUR
ACROSS THE FINISH LINE
What you have been waiting for! We will proudly hand over the keys to your new home. Every detail accounted for; every finish installed with perfection - it is time to start your new chapter.
STEP FIVE
HAPPILY EVER AFTER
Congratulations! We welcome you to your new home. You can sit back, relax, and enjoy the result of all your hard work. We know that life continues on - so should you wish to adapt your home to suit your changing lifestyle, we are happy to help you meet your future needs.
